New Blog Template

Hi Everyone,

I spent a few minutes this morning updating my blog template. I have been hoping to get a new look...something a little more springish! And I really wanted a 3 column design and I finally found a FREE (that's right...this template was FREE!) template from Split Decisionz. Thanks Amy!! Loving the new look. Now it's time for you all to let me know what you think of the new look.
